Our main aim in providing this service is to have an effective control of the project during the construction process; that is, from the conceptual development stage through its implementation and occupancy. Our role is to be a link between the client and the group of people involved (building contractors, suppliers, professional people) so as to carry out the project.
 
 
Preliminary Analysis (assessment of the characteristics of the site, consideration of management
 
regulations and permits, development of the project specification plan, technical and economic support, etc).
Strategic Planning (formulation of the cost estimate,plan layout, adoption of hiring strategies, arrangement of
 
the date building work begins, etc).
Architectural Design Supervision (selection of technical consultants, design monitoring and revision,value
 
engineering, unity of design and building engineering).
Hiring and purchases (selection of building contractors and suppliers, formulation of the hiring system,
 
management of the purchase of materials, supplies and equipment).
Negotiations (reception and consideration of bids, arrangement of meetings with bidders to agree on and fix
 
scope and responsibilities, control of warranties, etc).
